# List audiences

> GET /audiences — page through the audiences you own.

`GET /audiences`

List the audiences belonging to your account, newest first. Returns a list object whose `data` array holds the audiences. Each audience carries a `domain` field — the sending domain when the audience is a per-domain contact pool, or `null` for an audience you created yourself.

This list is **paginated** — at most 20 audiences come back unless you raise `limit`, and `has_more` tells you whether to keep walking with `after`. An account with 50 audiences receives 20 with `has_more: true`.

**Query parameters**

| `limit` | integer | No | How many audiences to return. An integer between 1 and 100, defaulting to **20** — this endpoint always applies the limit. |
| `after` | string | No | Cursor: return the audiences that follow this audience id. The id itself is not included. See [Pagination](https://www.sendping.co/docs/api/pagination). |
| `before` | string | No | Cursor: return the audiences that precede this audience id. Cannot be combined with `after`. |

A `limit` outside 1-100 (or a non-integer), or `after` and `before` together, returns `422 validation_error`. An unknown cursor returns an empty page rather than an error. See [Pagination](https://www.sendping.co/docs/api/pagination) and [Errors](https://www.sendping.co/docs/api/errors).
